The House at Duffield

Duffield House is owned by Akzo Nobel and utilised Monday to Friday for their meeting, conference and training events. The house and beautiful gardens are available to hire for external evening and weekend events such as weddings, private functions and celebrations, corporate networking, drinks receptions and dinners, summer parties and Christmas parties and team building and activity days. Duffield House is hired on an exclusive basis giving you privacy for your event. There will be no other events or guests at Duffield House on the day of your event. The house has a number of rooms for small events and our main function room can seat up to 120 guests for dinner and up to 200 for parties. Our main function room leads out on to our patio area and beautiful manicured gardens giving you the use of both inside and outside.

Larger events can be catered for in a marquee in our grounds, please see ‘The Grounds’ for more information on marquee events. The staff at Duffield House will use their experience to help you plan and deliver a successful event, no matter how small or large. We will advise on how best to use our rooms and facilities and advise on catering options available.

Duffield House has 100 car parking spaces in our main car park. Additional spaces are available in an overflow area. Located near to the M4 and M40 motorways and Heathrow Airport Duffield House is easy to reach and close to good transport links.
