Civil Partnership Ceremony
Duffield House is a gay friendly wedding venue and are pleased to host same sex marriages. We are licensed to hold Civil Partnership Ceremonies up to 100 guests and have a choice of two rooms depending on your guest numbers.
Whether you are looking for a venue for a simple Civil Partnership Ceremony or for a full wedding package Duffield House has a range of packages that can be tailored to create your dream day. With beautiful gardens and exclusive use of the house you are guaranteed privacy for you and your guests on your chosen day and first class service and hospitality.
We will work with you to make your day perfect from start to finish and can recommend local suppliers to help with all the finishing touches to ensure you and your guests have a day to remember.
The Garden Room: £400
Can seat up to 40 guests for a Civil Partnership Ceremony. The Garden room is a lovely quaint room with lots of character overlooking our gardens.
The Display Room: £500
Can seat up to 100 guests for a Civil Partnership Ceremony. The Display room is a lovely light room with large windows which was the chapel in the house when Duffield House was first built . The registrars table sits in front of a large fireplace which can be dressed with candles and flowers.
Our Civil Partnership Package includes:
- Room hire
- Room decoration – 3 large ivory silk flower displays and 1 long and low display
- Music – Sound system to play your choice of non-religious music
- Lounge – The lounge is provided for use prior to the ceremony
